The joint cross-border project of the cities of Rivne and Lublin is aimed at reconstructing drainage networks, preventing flooding, and improving the ecological state of water resources.

Rivne and Lublin are working together to develop a modern, efficient, and environmentally responsible system for managing wastewater and stormwater. The project “Development of Sewerage Infrastructure and Improvement of Wastewater Management in Rivne and Lublin” is being implemented under the Interreg NEXT Poland–Ukraine 2021–2027 Programme with the financial support of the European Union.
