What are city programs and why are they developed?

City programs are documents that define priority areas of community development, specific measures, deadlines for their implementation, responsible executors, and sources of funding. They are aimed at solving urgent issues in the areas of infrastructure, urban development, transport, housing and communal services, and other areas of community development.

Who is responsible for implementing the program?

The executive bodies of the Rivne City Council, municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations specified in the relevant program are responsible for the implementation of the programs. The coordination of implementation is ensured by the main administrator of funds or the responsible executor specified in the document.

What funds are used to finance city programs?

The programs are financed from the budget of the Rivne City Territorial Community, as well as from other sources not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the state budget, international technical assistance, grants, charitable assistance and other attracted funds.
