The subject of the Enterprise’s activity is to carry out, in accordance with the procedure established by law, all types of activities that meet the purpose of its creation and are not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
The main types of activities of the Enterprise are:
– maintenance and servicing of outdoor lighting in the city of Rivne;
– current and major repairs, reconstruction of outdoor lighting networks;
– construction of new networks;
– maintenance of traffic light facilities;
– maintenance of outdoor lighting of the territories of enterprises and organizations of other departments;
– performance of construction and installation works;
– maintenance, major repairs of holiday illumination;
– performance of electrical measuring works in electrical installations and testing of protective equipment;
– collection, storage, transportation and handover for recycling of used mercury-containing lamps;
– provision of various types of paid services to individuals and legal entities; transportation on order of other legal entities and individuals;
– production and sale of industrial products and semi-finished products;
– trade and intermediary activities;
– investment activities;
– car rental;
– other activities not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
The Enterprise may engage in certain types of activities only on the basis of a special permit (license). The list of types of activities subject to licensing, as well as the procedure for obtaining a permit (license) for the implementation of such activities are established by the legislation of Ukraine.
The Enterprise operates in accordance with the CHARTER.
