The enterprise was created with the aim of most fully satisfying the city and public needs in providing household waste management services, in order to provide other works and services and implement on the basis of the profit received the social and economic interests of the owner and members of the labor collective.
The main activities of the enterprise:
– collection of safe waste;
– processing and disposal of safe waste;
– other waste management activities;
– other cleaning activities;
– sewage, drainage and wastewater treatment;
– freight road transport;
– maintenance and repair of motor vehicles;
– auxiliary ground transport services;
– rental of trucks;
– rental of other machines, equipment and goods;
– rental and operation of own or leased real estate;
– transport processing of cargo;
– advertising agencies;
– veterinary activities;
– provision of other individual services;
– non-specialized wholesale trade;
– repair and maintenance of finished metal products;
– production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds;
– sawmilling and planing production;
– recovery of sorted waste.
The subject of the enterprise’s activity is also:
– solving issues of collection, transportation, utilization, neutralization and disposal of solid waste;
– preparation and submission of proposals for approval by the city council of local environmental protection programs;
– determination of territories for waste disposal in accordance with the legislation (within the scope of competence);
– monitoring compliance by legal entities and individuals with requirements in the field of household and industrial waste management and transfer of materials on administrative offenses for consideration by the administrative commission or other state bodies in case of violation of waste legislation;
– ensuring the operation of the center for sterilization of neglected animals, their castration and vaccination in accordance with programs approved by the city council, within the scope of current legislation;
– ensuring the rational use of wood waste;
– ensuring the reuse of used tires, sorting and use of plastic waste.
The enterprise carries out activities that require licensing only after obtaining the appropriate license in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation. The enterprise may also carry out other activities that are not prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The enterprise operates in accordance with the CHARACTER.
