The Enterprise was established to meet the public needs of the urban-type settlement of Kvasyliv, as well as those of institutions and organizations—specifically by providing heat supply services, industrial and scientific-technical products, and consumer goods—and to realize the social and economic interests of the workforce and the property owner through the use of generated profits.
Since November 2022, the Enterprise has been providing heat energy supply services to the administrative building located at 195 Soborna Street, Rivne.
The primary statutory activities of the Enterprise include:
- production, transportation, and distribution of heat energy for heating, ventilation, hot water supply, and steam supply to residential, communal, socio-cultural, and other facilities in the settlements of the Rivne District, Rivne Region;
- issuance of technical specifications for heat energy metering (for all types of heat supply from the Enterprise’s sources), for the installation of heat energy metering and control units, and for disconnection from the heat supply system; preparation of design and
- cost estimate documentation for disconnections, and approval of such documentation;
- design and construction of district boiler houses with a capacity exceeding 20 Gcal/h and their associated heat networks;
- development and approval of heat supply schemes for villages and urban-type settlements within the district;
- design, manufacture, and repair of boiler houses utilizing all types of fuel;
- training and certification of boiler house operating and maintenance personnel; execution of design work for the construction,
- reconstruction, and major repair of boiler houses, heating networks, metering units, and other structures;
- execution of construction and installation work for the construction, reconstruction, and major repair of thermal infrastructure and residential facilities;
- design and installation of thermal energy metering devices;
- design and fabrication of metal tanks and water heaters; repair of pumping equipment; fabrication of boilers, chimneys, and ducts;
- repair of gate valves and other equipment;
- repair, adjustment, preparation for verification, and verification of measuring instruments;
- repair of telemechanics systems, telephone and radio communication equipment, and electronic devices for monitoring and controlling the parameters of boiler installations, heat distribution units, consumer service connections, heating networks, and boiler safety equipment;
- installation of automation systems for boiler houses, heat distribution units, heating networks, water supply networks, heating and air conditioning systems, thermal energy meters, etc.
The enterprise conducts its activities in accordance with its Charter.
