The Municipal Enterprise “Rivnelektroavtotrans” of the Rivne City Council is a municipal enterprise; its assets are owned by the territorial community, with the Owner (Rivne City Council) exercising organizational and founding powers on the community’s behalf.
The enterprise was established to more fully meet public needs in the field of passenger transportation and related operations, as well as to realize the social and economic interests of the Owner and the enterprise’s workforce.
The enterprise’s primary activity is the provision of urban passenger transportation services using trolleybuses, operating along established routes and according to pre-set schedules, with passenger boarding and alighting at designated stops.
In addition to its primary activity, the enterprise engages in the following activities:
– leasing of its own property;
– provision of advertising services (using its own resources or on a contractual basis).
The enterprise conducts its operations in accordance with its Charter.
