The Rivne Municipal Road and Highways Operation Department (hereinafter referred to as the RHEU) is a municipal enterprise in its organizational and legal form, the property of which is owned by the territorial community on whose behalf the Owner (Rivne City Council) exercises organizational and institutional powers.
The body under the management of the RHEU is the Department of Infrastructure and Landscaping of the Rivne City Council.
The RHEU is a comprehensive organization with extensive experience in performing work on current and capital repairs of roads and other land improvement facilities, ensuring the sanitary condition of these facilities and normal traffic on city roads, and also performs repairs and provides services on orders from the population and other customers. In addition, the RHEU manufactures building materials, namely asphalt concrete mix, and sells it to customers.
The main activity of the RSEU is:
– carrying out current repairs of city roads, squares, bridges, overpasses, storm sewer networks, underground passages, retaining walls;
– ensuring the sanitary condition of these facilities and the normal movement of vehicles on city roads.
In addition to the main activity, the RSEU carries out activities stipulated by the STATUTE.
