From August 20 to September 20, 2026, World Cleanup Day will be held in Ukraine
Every year in September, World Cleanup Day is celebrated, uniting millions of people in different countries around a common goal – to make the environment cleaner.
This day is a good opportunity not only to clean up the area around your house, on the street or in the park, but also to think about how much waste we leave behind and how we can reduce its amount.
Community cleanliness begins with everyone’s responsible attitude. Not leaving garbage after vacation, using bins and containers, sorting waste, not creating natural landfills – simple rules, compliance with which helps maintain order in the city every day.
You can join the cleanup together with family, friends, neighbors, colleagues or public organizations. Even a small area that we make cleaner is a contribution to the improvement of the community.
At the same time, it is important to remember: cleaning should not be just a one-time event. A clean city is the result of daily responsibility and joint efforts of residents, municipal services and enterprises.
Let’s take care of the space we live in together. After all, a clean street, a well-groomed park and the absence of garbage are not only about aesthetics, but also about comfort, safety and respect for the environment.
Let’s clean up together. Let’s take care every day. Let’s make the community cleaner!
